It Really Is The Best Policy

Let’s face it…’honest’ is unfortunately NOT the first word that comes to mind when talking about plumbers.

We had a customer call us once that asked us a very blunt, but fantastic question. She asked us point blank if we were honest plumbers. She continued on to say that she had never met an honest plumber in her entire life. This was so sad to hear, because this particular client was older, and had been a homeowner for quite a while.

We told her we considered ourselves to be not only honest, but reliable. She let us come out to her home and take a look at the plumbing situation she had going on, and agreed to let us make the repair for her. After taking care of her and her plumbing problem, turns out we took care of that opinion she had of plumbers, too! She was not only satisfied, but also called us for future repairs. She had an older home, so we have since done several repairs for Marjorie.

It is unfortunate that a few bad apples have to ruin the trust of potential clients for the rest of the honest plumbers out there. At James Rowe Plumbing we are more than happy to show our community that honest plumbers not only exist, but that they are only a phone call away
